Ridesharing Bulletin Board

Welcome! This rideshare board is a community-driven resource to help coordinate rides for Spirit Rock retreats and events. Whether you're offering a ride, looking for one, or sharing an airport shuttle, this space connects you with others traveling to Spirit Rock. Please note, this board is self-managed, and it's up to participants to communicate and coordinate rides independently. Your willingness to support fellow practitioners on their journey is deeply appreciated. Below are some tips for sharing a ride:

• Rides can fill up or change, so try to coordinate your plans well in advance of your retreat.
• Provide clear details about your departure location, date, and the number of seats available (or needed).
• Share only the contact details you’re comfortable with, such as an email or phone number.
• Confirm details such as pickup time, location, and any shared costs (e.g., gas or shuttle fees) with your travel companion(s).
• For those offering a ride, it's usually assumed to be round-trip. If it’s one-way, please note this in “Additional Details.”
• For shuttle rides, please DO NOT book a return shuttle. Be sure to read the shuttle sharing guide below.
